What’s the difference between sports therapy and physiotherapy?

Sports therapy focuses on recovery, injury prevention, and improving performance. It’s ideal for all who want to get back to full strength, stay moving without pain, and reduce the risk of future injuries.

Do I have to be sporty to come for treatment?

No! Sports therapy helps anyone recover, move better, and stay pain-free—whether you’re active or just want to feel your best every day.

Is sports massage painful?

Not usually! We work to your pain tolerance, and you might feel some pressure in tight areas, but it’s aimed at easing tension, improving movement, and helping you recover.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Please give 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a fee.
